Access Creative College
Offer Holders: Enrolment forms will be sent via email and completed electronically. These should be available by Tuesday 22nd August and applicants that have just completed Year 11 will be able to enrol from Thursday 24th August. They will need to attach a copy (scan or photo) of their results slip when they submit their enrolment form.
For some courses, enrolment forms will only be sent to applicants that have accepted their offer of a place. For other courses, they will be sent to all offer holders (this will be dependent on number of places available on the course).
New Applicants: Late applications will be accepted up to Friday 15th September (dependent on spaces being available on specific courses).

Offer Holders: You will be sent an email and text message from the Admissions team to complete your online registration. This is the first part of your enrolment. If you have not received your email or text message, call the Admissions Team on 0121 214 2919. After receiving your GCSE results, enrol in person at Camden House between 24th August 2023 and 8th September 2023. This will ensure you’re enrolled before teaching commences. If you wish you can upload copies of your results to the UCB portal prior to your enrolment in person.

Offers will be made on Results Day 2023, following the release of GCSE results. The judgment will be based on the ‘Best 8’ GCSE grades achieved. This will include GCSE English Language and maths.
King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls

King Edward VI Aston School
External Applicants: On GCSE results day (24th August 2023), an application form for entry to the sixth form will become available on the webpage. If your results meet the entry requirements, you can apply between 8am and 1 pm. Once your application has been submitted, it will be considered carefully.
- If you are successful in being shortlisted, the school will contact you via an email after 3.00 pm on GCSE results day to notify you of an admissions meeting time when we will discuss your application further with you.
- Meetings will be scheduled to take place in school from 10 am onwards on the Friday after GCSE results day (25th August 2023).
- You must bring a paper copy of your latest school report AND proof of your qualifications (GCSE results statement from your previous school) to the meeting. Unfortunately, places cannot be offered to applicants who do not bring these documents with them to the meeting.
King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Boys

University of Birmingham School
Internal Applicants: All students from the school who achieve the minimum entry requirements (5 x grade 6, and at least Grade 5 in English and maths) can take up a suitable place in the Sixth Form regardless of whether they hold an offer. Enrolment will take place on 24th August when students collect their GCSE results.
External Applicants: A limited number of places may become available during our Enrolment period from 24 August 2022. To apply for these last minute places, the school invite students who meet the entry requirements to visit during Sixth Form Enrolment on GCSE Results Day (24th August 2023), to join the Applicant Pool.

- Request a subject change (deadline: Midday, Wednesday 30th August)
- Ask any questions
Applicants should upload their results and confirm their intention to study with the college as soon as possible. Places can’t be confirmed until results have been uploaded. The deadline for uploading results and course change requests is midday on Wednesday 30th August 2023.

New Applicants: If you want to apply and do not hold an offer, email the Admissions Office at admissions@solihullsfc.ac.uk with your name, date of birth, school and details of all the grades you have achieved, as well as what you want to study. All enquiries will be held on a waiting list and late applications are unlikely to be considered until later in the enrolment period.
