Surveying

There are several types of Surveyor, some with highly specialised roles.  These include:

Building Surveyor – Building Surveyors carry out structural surveying of properties and report on their condition and valuation. 

Commercial /Property Surveyor – this includes auctioneering, estate agency, valuations, and estate management. 

Quantity Surveyor – As a quantity surveyor you would work with an architect and play a key role in a building project, managing the costs from the early design plans, through to the building’s completion.
